Our preschoolers experience faith in the classroom through stories, activities, Scripture, prayer, and discussion about faith. Children learn that they are loved by God and are called to love one another. As a family, we gather as a Catholic faith community on weekends to give praise and worship to God by attending Mass.

Curiosity Abounds

Preschoolers are curious! At St. John's we expose our students to a well-rounded curriculum, including language, math, science, social studies, art, music, motor skills and emotional development. Through a variety of real-world experiences, as well as through engaged learning methods, our preschoolers grow in awareness of self, others, the world, and God. Additionally, every preschooler has access to an iPad for enhanced learning, and Smartboards are used in every classroom.

Our preschoolers have plenty of play time during the school day. We believe that play is very important for our students! Unstructured interactions help our young students develop the building blocks for social skills, independence, self-confidence and discovery and exploration. Our staff has created many unique play areas including a dentist's office and pie stand (for baking and selling!). We love seeing our preschoolers play and learn!
